o Analyze how your group itself evolved as a system over the course of your problem solving project.
o With regard to the problem for which your group sought to find a solution, how did the study of individual components of your group’s problem compare to or
differ from your group’s analysis of the problem as larger system.
o With regard to the problem for which your group sought to find a solution, evaluate how system-level thinking helped in your group’s decision-making.
Part 2
• Address all of the following questions (at least 2 to 3 full pages; if you go beyond this, you will not be penalized):
o How would you assess your group’s ability to follow the P-MOPS method of problem solving?
o What was the group’s biggest strength?
o What was the group’s biggest weakness?
o What were the advantages of working in a group vs. working individually to address this problem?
o What challenges, obstacles, or conflicts did your group face and how did you overcome them?
o What was the most meaningful outcome of your group project?
o What did you learn about yourself during this group process?
o How might you change your future expectations of or your behavior in group settings based upon this experience
