Paper, Order, or Assignment Requirements

For your Research Paper, you will choose a topic that deals with some aspect of theory related to topics covered in the course and have it approved by the instructor. Use the Liberty University Research Portal and other sources to search for journal articles in professional accounting and business journals that pertain to your topic.

Then, you will write an 8–10-page, double-spaced research paper that adheres to current APA format. It must include references from at least 5 scholarly resources, a title page, and a reference page.

I chose Accounting Standards Update as my topic because I figured it would have the most sources available.

My college will scan for plagiarism. I’m very hesitant to do this, but I can’t seem to write this much. The Accounting Standard Update has to contain information regarding any of the following subjects I have done so far in the class: “Investments, Leases, and Pensions”; “Liabilities”; “Taxes and Owners Equity”; “Accounting Changes and Statement of Cash Flows”
