Each student will examine a contemporary educational issue or policy critically. The student will select a problem that impacts his or her current school, district, department, or grade level. Then, the student will conduct a literature review of at least 10 primary, peer-reviewed sources published within the last 5 years and develop three to five recommendations/strategies based on your literature review that could address his or her established local problem.
Transformation of School Paper: The final paper should be 10 to 12 pages in length and address each of the prompts within the Project Template. The final document should follow APA (6th edition) Style Guidelines and utilize the heading within the provided template.

Theoretical Framework
• What theory provides a structure for investigating this problem?

Review of Literature
• What was found in the review of literature?
• How do the populations/samples/settings compare to your setting?

Recommendations
• What are the recommendations/strategies based on your literature review that could address the established local problem?
• Why do you think these recommendations will improve the local problem?
• What literature supports your recommendations?

Dissemination Plan
• What is your plan for disseminating the findings with school administration, department or grade level members, school district officials, parents, and/or community stakeholders?
