You are required to provide a 2,000 words report which evaluates the leadership issues you may face when planning and implementing your proposed project.

On successful completion of this Unit, the student will be able to

Learning Outcome 3: Critically appraise leadership approaches
Learning Outcome 4: Evaluate project outcomes for community organisations

You are required to produce an individual 2,000 word report which evaluates the leadership issues you may face when planning and implementing your proposed project.
When you evaluate the issues, you should explain what issues could develop, why these could develop and how these could be addressed. You will also need to reflect on what impact these issues could have for the outcome of the project if they were not addressed.
