Individual: Assessment of Learning Presentation (5 minutes) – 10% (Class 12)

Your final assessment is a 5-minute presentation on what you have learned about leadership in this class and how your views and your leadership practice have changed as a result of that learning.
How you choose to make your presentation is up to you, but you need to bear in mind that you will have only a couple of minutes to set up after the previous person. Keeping things simple might be the best way to ensure that you have a smooth 5-minute presentation without interruptions or distractions. If you take too long to set up the time will be deducted from your 5 minutes.
Your presentation needs to highlight how your understanding of leadership has changed and how the things that you have learned in this class have impacted on your leadership practice.
Reference to theory and demonstration of your understanding of that theory is essential.
