Please take one of the assessment reports that you’ve done throughout the semester and determine a diagnosis and treatment plan.  The paper should include a brief discussion on the DSM-5, cultural issues, and the ethical and legal aspects associated with the assessments (please use these as headings for your paper).  The paper will be approximately 6 pages in length, not including the cover and reference page.  It will include at least five references based on the assessments, book, and DSM-5 information.
