Introduction:

When we make a firm commitment to learn from Jesus how to live our lives, it follows that our lives are no longer static and that we embrace a way of life that involves growth and change. The natural progression is that we model for others what it means to learn from Jesus how to live our lives.

Tasks:

Write a paper that addresses the following:

How does Dallas Willard’s definition of “disciple” as “one who has firmly decided to learn from Jesus how to live his/her own life” (Willard 1998) relate to arranging and rearranging one’s affairs? How does this process relate to Jesus’s Great Commission in Matthew 28:18–20? Name one area in your life you wish to rearrange to be a more effective disciple.
