I have attached the zip file Where PHP coding and maybe a little bit of java-script should be added to. Please No Database as I will do that myself. Just Need PHP coding added/created for these features.

1. Add php code so users should be able to
a. Transfer tasks from their accounts to other user accounts; as a service provider, they can transfer the tasks assigned to them to other service providers. Or as a service requester, they can reassign the tasks.

b. Mark completed tasks under their account as deleted (task requester should receive notification email that task is completed); as a service provider they can mark the tasks as completed/deleted. Make changes to their profile and also modify the services they can provide, or the time they are available
