Based on the textbook and other materials, prepare the outline for a strategic plan of a company planning to go global.

In chapter 11 there are the steps in visual 11.1 and in chapter 12 visual 12.1
Read the text around it as well as in the power points. With these steps you will put together an outline for the final paper. You will mention each step and ask
questions for each one to be answered in the final paper.
For example: How will we enter the new market, through export, join venture, M&A?

Who is our competition in each country?

How are we going to sell, i.e. our marketing plan?

•In each of the above stages/steps, ask 8 questions. You will be answering the questions in your final paper as part of the overall strategic plan.
•This will be your skeleton/outline for the final paper.
•This outline can be done as a group.
