from 2,000 cases, 2,000 controls, and genotyped them using the Illumina Infinium Omni5-4 Kit commercial genotyping array. You perform single SNP association disease
analysis, and you do not identify any associations that are statistically significant, after adjusting for multiple testing. You have spent 5 years, and several
million $, on collecting and analyzing these samples. What does this mean, and what would you do next? Comment on:
