Bougainville Briefing note

Order Description
The task is to write a briefing note about the current situation in Bougainville, an island of the east coast of Papa New Guinea.

Take into consideration the economy, political environment and attitudes towards independence and Papa New Guinea.

The references do not need to be academic as long as they are credible and not opinion based. The use of news bulletins and similar is encouraged. Government sites and watch organizations keep a lot of useful information as well. The key is using references that are as current as possible.

The in-text references should be presented as footnotes.
