1. Name a specific ethical challenge and explain why you find it difficult.

2. Consider a patient (past, present, or fictional) with whom this challenging issue may/may have presented

3. Describe how you would appropriately address and document this experience in an integrated care setting.

4. Utilize the Ethical, Legal, and Professional Decision Making Chart under supplemental material to support how you would handle this scenario
