Case Study Development – Bulimia Nervosa You will develop a case study of a client with a specific mental illness. Your case study/description should include the information below. Provide the information in narrative form –tell a rich, detailed story about your “client” and his or her problem(s) – don’t just provide a list of symptoms. You can “tell the story” in first person or as a description as told by a third party as if you were the psychologist who evaluated your client. Remember – this client is to be portrayed as a human being, not a mental illness. Do not provide a diagnosis – we will do that in class. Your narrative should include the following: Demographic information (sex, age, ethnic background, physical characteristics, disability, etc.) Presenting problem (Date of onset, duration, and intensity of each symptom) Information related to “past events”
