The purpose is to present a business plan outlining how feasible would it be to build low income homes using
recycled plastics as a new approach to low income housing in rural areas such as Africa, Asai, the Caribbean etc
(very poor places). The objective is to form Public Private Partnerships with governemts and various organizations
to start a housing company that would hire local staff within the various communities and build homes from plastic
while combating managing waste, discuss the type of plants to setup to transform the trash into home building
