Calculate the Concentration of dye in a total of 250mL in the volumetric flask.
1. The concentration of the stock dye that will be provided is located in the lab handout posted. 3.54*10-4 M. 5.00 mL of the concentrated stock dye solution Obtain approximately 10 mL of the concentrated stock dye solution3. Use a volumetric pipette to transfer 5.00 mL of the concentrated stock dye solution into a 250 mL volumetric flask and dilute up to the mark with deionized water.
2. The concentration of dye in the 5 prepared standards. You will use the previously calculated dye concentration above to calculate the standards’ concentrations.
