Case 2 read the emirates ID case and answer the following:

– Identify potential risks that may face Emirates ID projects
– On a scale from 1-5 calculate the likelihood (probability) of each risk
– On a scale from 1-5 calculate the potential impact of each risk
– Multiply the likelihood (probability) by the potential impact to get risk score for each risk
– Classify the risks based on their scores into three groups:
1- Red (risks that have score more than 15),
2- Yellow (scores between 6 and less than 15)
3- Green (risks that less than 6)
– Illustrate the risks using a matrix like the following example:
