In this assignment we will use the case study of Valley Health to build a pyramid structure and then convert this to a an annotated Power Point presentation. we should organise and synthesise facts into insights, rather than using the analytical tools themselves..Using the case of Valley Health Systems, you will Analyse the case and write down facts that are in the case. Take out as many facts as you can. Organise your facts into a Minto pyramid and group these into similar facts that can be covered by an idea. These groupings of ideas should be organised by a governing thought. you should Use annotations in the speakers note function to give details that are not apparent from the slides..

Note IMPORTANT*- Build a pyramid in diagrammatic form to show your workings. This needs to be included as an appendix to your main slide deck.
