This week I was shadow Avanti Hospital Clinical Education Director to know her job and rounding hospital unit, and march 12-18 2017 patient safety awareness week

I was scheduled with Avanti Hospital Clinical Education Director and shadow her. Also, this week March 12-18 is 2017 Patient safety Awareness Week so we made jeopardy game which every department
not only nursing department. Basically, we rounding every unit from Human resources, engineering, nursing, respiratory dept, maintenance. So Every day is patient safety day. Every staff was
actively involved and most of staff was aware of patient safety in general.
