Scenario:

The construction consultants with whom you are employed have been retained by a Chinese Construction Company (CCC) wishing to enter the UK construction market and undertake very large projects. This they intend to do by buying a large UK based construction company with a strong brand, reputation and healthy order book.

CCC are keen to ensure that traditional Chinese culture, business practices and ethics are embedded and reflected within the new organisation, China Construction UK’s, (CCUK) head-office. CCC envisage bringing in their own senior management to run CCUK, replacing the existing senior management.
