Paper, Order, or Assignment Requirements

Congratulations! Your company has asked to you lead the Alliance Data Building 2 as Project Manager. Management has a small concern with your performance and that is you have previously struggled in organizing projects. To test your project organizational and sequencing skills they ask you to prepare a P6 schedule to demonstrate your project understanding. You are requested to create an executive level schedule of between 30-40 activities that depicts your vision for delivering the Alliance Data project.

The intent of the assignment focuses on project sequencing and not overall duration as such all activities should have a twenty day duration. All activities shall be tied together with logic. Use Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to assist in communicating project flow and priority areas. The submission for this assignment is a PDF of the schedule. Remember, that how the information is presented is just as important as the data presented.
