Requirements:

1. Write an employee promise.
This promise determines how best to design your website presence and how the service will operate. This decision will be available this time in Quarter 7 only and will form part of your marketing plan. You are supposed to talk about the benefits, working terms and conditions for employees using some HR theories where appropriately.
e.g. Fair treatment with everyone, would love to hear their thoughts and ideas on designs for jeans
If they like, they can write/film/draw their own design ideas for jeans that may be featured in the social media campaign as well as around the store

2. Write Website Service Process Design
It determines how best to design your website presence and how the service will operate. This decision will be available in Quarter 7 only and will form part of your marketing plan. You should write the layout of the website, facilities on the website and how much innovation.
(IMPORTANT: For our company, my group have decided that we are using large online retailer, then customers can browse the website to view different jean brands among which TwenJeans will be listed. If they refine the search ‘low to high price’, TwenJeans should be one of the top options with standard jean fits listed along with colour schemes below the picture to show the different colours they’re available in. Because we are a low-cost company, there is low innovation.)
