Paper, Order, or Assignment Requirements

This paper describes the background to a hypothetical speculative housing development in the central belt. The project is partially financed by a Financial Institution. The paper describes the feasibility study, developer’s budget, and the cash flow projections. The difficulties experienced with the project are outlined with the consequent amendments to the developer’s budget and the cash flow projections. Conclusions are drawn from the lessons that can be learned from this.
