Your second assessment task requires you to compare policy responses to reducing substance use and harm. A good way to start this will be to get a sense of what approaches different countries have. You now know about Australia’s policy – have a look at some of the major countries in the world and their neigbours (for instance, look at the United States of America, Canada, and Mexico; countries within the European Union, etc) and look into their policies. Government websites and academic journals will be a good source of information.
