PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

Reflective Journal

The journal is more than a diary. It reflects analysis of events as the projects develops. It must include:
1. Date all entries.
2. Entries should address progress toward completion of project and personal interest in topic of study.
3. Reflect on the role and responsibilities of the nurse.
4. Describe the path toward self-actualization throughout entries by evaluating actions, behaviors and attitudes related to the project.
