Chloe6 are a few useful tools to use as a guide for this course content and overview:
First of all this course integrates research and theories to understand how social behaviors are related to the “self” and to other individuals in a group construct. Hence, this course is based upon concepts from social psychology, the science that provides the framework for studying social behavior. The major areas of study found in social psychology include “Social Cognition”, “Social Influence”, and “Social Relations”. The observations of how and why people influence the behavior of others affirm the integrity of the concept of individual, social, and physical components of the “self” and demonstrates the connection among a wide variety of research methods and settings. Knowledge about human social behavior gained from this will has provided the learner with perspectives on how those in the immediate social environment affect others. Additionally, the course gives global perspectives about a variety of important social and cultural issues, including racial and ethnic hostility, prejudice and discrimination, aggression and violence, persuasion and propaganda, and health and environmental issues, which all the above important social issues should be considered as you complete this assignment. The basic theme for this course was that the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors of each person are affected by the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors of others. Others not only influence individuals when they are actually present, but by implication and by their imagined presence. Thus, studying the “self” and others is a guide to understanding human behavior. The usefulness of social psychology for understanding social, cultural.and historical events and issues is emphasized, as is the centrality of research in the field. So therefore, you should not have any problems with this assignment. I’ve given you everything you need.
