This assignment consist of three parts: BRIEF TO COUNSEL, THEORETICAL CRITIQUE and ANALYTICAL REPORT. The first one is brief to counsel, which relies on sources that I found on previous assignment, research methodology (I will send it). On this one you are required to write Observations to Counsel about the Client’s Case’ ,Mr Wolowitz’s, The words limit for this part is 800 and your not restricted by research methodology that I did; so If you find any significant sources you can rely on, you should include it. Also, you have to rely on journal articles or judges commentary and primary sources such as legislations and case law for the statutory interpretation. The second part is theoretical critique for appealing the decision of the Supreme Court of Queensland handed down against Ms Baker. This task requires critique court decision theoretically by either natural law theory or positivism. This part must be done in 400 words. The third part of the assignment is analytical report about the situation on the Philippines because the Prime Minister is going for a visit to the Philippines to meet with the President Aquino. The report must written by 800 words only.
