3rd sentence, However, why did you choose to do this? Eg recent research inconsistent with what other people have done, show that it is controversial, use graphs and statistics to support your argument points, end with why you are studying/of interest
4th sentence: state clearly your research question that correlates to the 3rd sentence, and outline the parameters with estimation, using models that previous researchers have been using
