**Presentation of keynote speech**
Students shall follow these instructions: You have been invited to be the keynote speaker at a professional pinning ceremony. Using and building on the previous assignments from the text, “Leading Out Loud” by Terry Pearce, develop a speech focusing on effective leadership communication. Do not rewrite the text. Use the skills discussed in the text in the development of an inspirational message for the graduates. The speech should be a minimum of 10 minutes and a maximum of 15 minutes.
