Paper, Order, or Assignment Requirements

This is a capstone management course for the ADN (associate degree nursing program) at Houston Community college. The paper must be about how effective leadership handles sexual harassment in the hospital. This can be horizontal, vertical, or staff on patient, patient on staff harassment. Sources must be from nursing management books (less than 10 years old), or nursing journals (less than 5 years old), unless it is a classic such as Freud or Erikson, there is no age limit on those sources.
