This is a team project, our team’s management question is “How to engage marketing alumni?”, the overall objective of this study would be to help management engage marketing alumni.

Below are the research questions we made for our project, which include:

• What do alumni value, want, and need from the marketing department?

■ What would they like to hear/learn about and be updated on?

■ What do they want out of the department community?

■ What is alumni’s current relationship with the department?

■ How engaged do alumni feel?

■ Would alumni prefer more or less engagement?

■ What would make alumni be more engaged?

• What are alumni engagement strategies and examples?

Next we designed a interview guide for our exploratory research, i will upload the interview guide and the recording for our interview.

Based on these informations above, please write the team paper cover the following topics:

1. Outline the management problem
2. Mention the marketing research problem you came up with based on the management problem. Explain how answering your marketing research problem will help the client answer their management problem.
