You are expected to present a suitable case study of a building of domestic scale.

You need to compile a professional illustrated report about the building explaining how it responds to site analysis, case studies, and how it relates to environmental
science. Include a detailed description of the materials along with the thermal properties of each. Include a paragraph explaining how the building might perform with
regard to the BREEAM system. You will also need to provide a full description of the building services, how they impact on sustainability issues and how close the
building is to being “carbon-neutral”.

Structure your report with headings and sub headings using plenty of case studies and carefully chosen images. Please make a note of all your sources and references
following the APA 6 system (see details on UniLearn and links on the Library Web-site).

The case study needs to be the equivalent of 3000 words. It will have a weighting of 60% (addressing Learning Outcomes B-E)
