You will generate a position paper about the current immigration crisis currently happening in Europe. You should address the following and use the questions as headings in the paper. 1) Hardin’s lifeboat theory and explain how it does/doesn’t apply to this migration crisis, in your opinion. Include your reaction to this theory. 2) What position does Pope Francis take regarding this issue? Do you agree with the Pope and why or why not? 3) What demographic are the majority of the migrants? Is there anything that concerns you about the demographic of this population? Explain your position. 4) How are humanitarian organizations assisting these migrants? 5) Should the U.S. be involved in solving this situation and if so what should be our responsibility? 6) Offer a solution to this humanitarian crisis. Should be 12 point font. Offer your position without regard to what you think my position might or might not be! You are supposed to form your own opinion.
