Instructions: Perform a testicular self-exam based on the instruction documents linked below (also in the “Modules” section). Then, ask at least two friends if they’ve ever performed a breast and/or testicular self-exam, sharing one or two facts listed on the instruction sheet (i.e., rates of breast and/or testicular cancer). Finally, write a 2 page (12pt., Times New Roman font, double-spaced, 1-inch margins) reflection considering the following: -The mechanics of the exam (i.e. the process of physically performing the exam). -Surprising or interesting aspects about the anatomy. -Your friends’ reactions (i.e. have they performed an exam?). -Was this exam part of your sex education? Describe what you recall or why you think it wasn’t part of the sex education (if any) you received. -Your feelings about doing this exam.
