Describe your second cycle of action research with your small-scale client. Be sure to discuss all 3 phases of the action research cycle. For each phase, provide specific actions that you took with your small-scale client.

Facilitation

Your consulting project proposal will contain a Facilitation section. The section should be between 4–7 pages (not including the title page, table of contents, or reference list), and it should address the following elements:
•Discuss the self as instrument and how you will engage this construct in your practice of appreciative inquiry, action research, and process consultation (AI/AR/PC). Include at least 2 different sources.
•Discuss systems theory, leading to a discussion of open systems theory and how you will include an awareness of systems theory in your work with your client.
