Interview

Identify a family that includes a member with a disability and arrange an opportunity to listen to their family story. A discussion guide with questions, topics and prompts will be distributed in class. Prepare a summary of your discussion synthesizing information according to the following topics: family characteristics, family interactions, family functions, family life cycle, needs of family, strengths of family, and suggestions for individualized and relevant family-professional partnerships.
