Paper , Order, or Assignment Requirements

Please choose one of the four topics to write. Individual subjects may include:
1. Private owned public spaces in New York City. Review and analyze the new public open space legislation in the New York City zoning code. Please include at least three examples.
2. Waterfront zoning: Review and analyze the new waterfront zoning ordinance. Discuss at least three examples: Williamsburg, Long Island City, another.
3. Select three examples of architecturally significant buildings that you admire. Review and analyze why you find them significant.
4. Select three architects that you admire. Analyze their buildings and describe why you would select one for your project.

Prepare a 9-10 page paper discussing the concept of ‘Innovation in Design’ reflecting the paper topic.
