My statement is as:
For nurses providing care to high risk patients, how do administrative policies/procedures addressing refill replies and scheduling issues, as compared to no official
policy/procedure impact the efficacy and efficiency of provided services.

I want to develop a policy/procedure to follow whitg prescription replies wiith in 24 hours and patients arre schediled for follow up visits ( At the present our
follow ups have to remember to call for office visits longer than 3 months).)
