Go back to Gen 22, the story of Abraham almost sacrificing Isaac, and give two different interpretations of the story, similar to how we interpreted the story of the Garden of Eden. The story would seem to be about a “test”—but what test? There are two possibilities—one understanding of the “test” such that Abraham passes, and another such that Abraham failed. Construct your argument carefully and reference the details of the story as you build your argument. You should only use the story that I uploaded to write it and also take the quotes from it.
