Will not pay more than $48.00

This was an assignment started by someone else on this site and not finished. Only the research proposal portion of this needs done, which is pretty much just adding all of the parts that are already done together to one big paper. The methodology part needs to be completely scraped and redone , but the rest can be left as is for the most part. I paid over one hundred dollars for this assignment that wasn’t even completed so please don’t bid over the amount because I will not move from my price.
