Paper , Order, or Assignment Requirements

Structure

1) Introduction of the company (what it does, where it operates, who its customers are, how many employees it has, etc.). Also, you are to write a brief SWOT analysis on the organization. This section should be about 2 pages in length.

2) The second component is to analyze the companys human resource function. This should be the bulk of the paper (about 6 pages or so). In particular, the team is to discuss one of the following HR functions:

Recruitment

Selection

Orientation

Training and/or Development

Performance Management

Compensation

Benefits

Employee Discipline

Health and Safety

Union-Management Relations

3) The third and last part of the paper is the conclusion. This is just a summary of what has already been discussed in the paper. The conclusion should never contain any new information. It should be about half a page to a page.
