Paper , Order, or Assignment Requirements

My Research Objectives are as follow:

(1) To examine pre and post acquisitions financial performance of acquiring companies in terms of profitability, liquidity, leverage and operational efficiency ratios

(2) To study pre and post acquisitions shareholders’ return in order to examine if stock value improved in short-term after the M&A activities

(3) To explore financial performance and firm value before and after the merger via statistical analysis techniques.

(4) To compare the study results with previous research works and conclude if the acquiring firms perform better after M&A activities.
