Manzoor et al (2011) did a research on effect of teamwork on employee motivation in pakistan.the sample size used by the researcher is 242 staff members.the variables used by the reserarcher is XYZE. The result of the study shows that there is a significant positive impact of predictors on the response variable. The study recommends that to adapt teamwork activities in order to enhance the employee performance. Future research areas have also been indicated in this study.
