Your financial services organization is investigating a move to the cloud for some IT services, including email. Business managers have asked you, the information security policy manager, to assist them in selecting the cloud computing vendor and in updating the existing IT policies to account for these new cloud services.

Part 1:
Please describe the criteria that you would create and use to analyze and compare/contrast cloud computing vendors. Specific vendor criteria/questions can be included in an appendix and will not be included against your word count limit.

Part 2: Discuss specific considerations for your organization such as data classification and what policies may need to be updated and added. Provide a list of existing policies and develop specific language that will be added to account for this move to cloud services.
