Paper , Order, or Assignment Requirements

PRINCIPLES OF QUALITY RESEARCH PAPER A Research Paper has been assigned; your topic is ISO 9000. I am giving you one (1) “research” night to complete this paper. This means that you are to use class time Monday, July 11 to RESEARCH and WRITE! This is 4 hours of class time being given to you to write this paper. You may gather this information from the San Jac Library, the public library, a web search engine (Google, Bing, etc.) and/or from the book. Use any means necessary, however do NOT plagiarize someone else’s work. The paper is due on Monday, July 18 without exception. If you miss Monday, July 18, the paper is to be emailed to me by 10:00 pm that night. No excuses. This Research Paper counts as a test grade. YOU MUST HAVE THIS GRADE TO PASS! The paper requirements are: • 2 or more full pages in length o A page and a half is not acceptable. • No more than double-spaced o Use the “paragraph” function for double-spacing accuracy • No greater than 1” margins (left and right) • No larger than a 12 font • No photos These measurements are extremely lenient already. Stick to the requirements! Give credit where credit is due however, works cited are not required nor are footnotes. EXAMPLE: If you are quoting Tom Jones (author of ABC book) then simply use basic writing skills: According to Tom Jones, noted author, “ISO 9000 is the most effective management system tool on the market.” DO NOT PLAGARIZE! Each paper will be scanned for plagiarism. Any paper found in violation of the San Jacinto College Plagiarism Policy will receive a zero and the author/student will be turned in to the Department Dean. This WILL jeopardize your ability to continue as a student.
