a Change Proposal Paper based off of a need in my unit. I will upload the grading rubric along with other files needed. Below are some notes on the assignment along
with the professors answers clarification.

For the Lewin’s Force Field analysis my professors feed back was:
“Remember that you will need to briefly describe each factor listed both for and against in your submitted paper. So you may want to pare down the number of factors in
both lists to the most important.” So please pare it down to the most important.

There is not a number of sources/references that we are to use. Please use as many as you see needed.

This paper should be between 15-20 pages minus title page and references. We are asked to follow OWL APA 6th edition.
