Learning Activity #5: Research Focus Response
During this course you will conduct research on one of six areas of law (i.e., administrative, constitutional, contract, criminal/civil) as it relates to businesses, intellectual property, or corporate law).

In a response, identify your top three preferences with a rationale for your choice. You will be placed into a group in Week Two based on similar preferences. Each group will work together to conduct research for a Week Six presentation.

You will give a 10-15 slide PowerPoint presentation in Week Six. The following elements need to be included in the presentation:

? Research in one of six areas.
? The research will include a background of the area.
? The research will include how chosen area relates to business.
? The presentation will include examples and at least 3 references.
