Letter Request
Order Description
We have to make letter 2 requests to the management.

1st request is to increase the transport department petty cash.

Current petty cash is 10, 000 and we require it to be 20,000
The amount will be used for day to day expenditures (fleet renewals, traffic fine payments, salik top ups and other petty cash related expenses

The initial amount of 10,000 is not enough as we are experiencing many fine payments in short period with other expenses which is not enough to fulfill operational requirements

In respect to fines debit note to HR and Accounts department against each violation fine paid on individual�s behalf and make sure payments made on driver�s behalf are recovered in same month payroll.

We closely monitor violation deductions from individuals and upon completion of outstanding deduction and confirmation from Accounts department, we close the deduction fine.

Request your approval to fulfill department�s petty cash flow in appropriate manners.

2nd request

As per Sharjah traffic rules, there is a special permission and approval which needs to be obtained from Sharjah Municipality for delivery vehicles carrying goods within the emirate of Sharjah.
Not having the delivery permit during deliveries in sharjah would incur violation penalty. All group companies have been informed to make sure necessary preventive actions are taken to avoid penalties.
GTD will obtain the permits on behalf of divisions upon their requests
This permit is necessary to obtain, if you deliver or collect commodities to/from Sharjah, permits are issued by Sharjah Municipality Transport Division located in Sharjah Industrial Area 3.
The fees are as follow;
Dubai Plate no AED 3,000 (Permit valid for 1 year)
Sharjah Plate no. AED 1,000 (Permit valid for 1 year)
We request a cheque amount of AED 15,000 to obtain the permits. The cheque amount is separate from petty cash and will only be used against permits
