Discussion Facilitation: You will be expected lead class discussion once during the semester. This does not mean that you will teach the class; rather, your role is to introduce the day’s readings to the class and pose questions for class discussion. You will be given approximately 20 minutes to do so. During this time, you should address the following questions: 1. What are the main arguments of the reading(s)? What specific passages in the reading(s) highlight these arguments? 2. What did you find most interesting or surprising about the readings(s)? 3. What did you find most confusing or problematic about the reading(s)? 4. Prepare 2-3 questions for class discussion.
