The company being analyzed is Yahoo. Analysis of change process in an organization: First, describe an organization that is relevant to you; then analyze challenges that this organization has faced with respect to initiating change. Second, discuss how this organization/project has met the challenges of sustaining the momentum of change. What barriers were/are evident? How have the managers conceived or failed to conceive sustainable change? Third, discuss how this organization/project has met the challenges of overarching redesigning or rethinking, if this has been the case, or speculate what kind of redesigning would be convenient in the face of the organization’s challenges. Finally, write some paragraphs summarizing your own learning through the study of this organization.

The two organizations are Capital One and Wegman’s Food market. Locate and analyze at least two case studies of organizations that have made some progress in learning organizations. Describe their results, successes or failures in light of the readings (concepts, theories, etc.) from this course.

Incorporate the comparison of a successful organization or corporation that has followed the ideas of William Bridges’ organizational renewal and implementing change and transition.
