Journal entry – document a process – one of your own exprience company or one that you observe(company) – but must be detailed – this could be a work process/problem, a service (business) you use, etc…
please read about Flow charts (see pg 265 on) and Flow chart the process you have documented in the journal (using the symbols on pg 268) – bring into class to use in an exercise (the steps can be written about in the journal (on-line) and then the draw Flowchart may be on paper)
